This art piece was designed to visual my coping methods with depression. While not diagnosed at the time of creation, these pieces later helped me to find the words to describe my mental state and cope with my issues. Made utilizing my own footage and sound in After Effects, these four short art videos are here to explore and explain what it is like to live life with depression and anxiety.
